Images Of . . . specializes in custom and builder residential design in Austin and the Hill Country. With over seven years of residential experience, we involve ourselves with every aspect of the process including; lot evaluations, design, construction documentation, and energy analysis. We do not design in any particular style, rather, we design the home for the clientÕs lifestyle. We are knowledgeable about construction techniques, budgeting, sustainable building principles, and local building codes. Images Of . . . is committed to your satisfaction, and when we make a promise, we deliver. We enjoy participating in the overall design team with the Builder, Interior Designer, HVAC Contractor, and Home Performance Specialist.
Sustainable and green building principles are extremely important to us. We take an active interest in innovation building methods and materials, especially Rammed Earth and Insulated Concrete Forms. We will incorporate whatever green building principles the client is interested in utilizing and allowed for by the clientÕs budget.
